Looks like they had facelifts, and extensive plastic surgeries?

I was watching The Jerky Boys recently, and laughed when Frank Rizzo said he used to shoe Alan Arkin up the ass - at the 1:50 mark of this video:



I don't know what "shoeing someone up the ass" entails, but these two brothers looked like they did it.
