If u really wanna see some "next-level" sh*t, check this one out (with caution). This is among the most disturbing movies ever made and considering they probably had no money for Special FX, I really wonder why this POS director is not in jail yet (not just for this movie, but also for others lol)

Is it in English?

English subs., but there isn't too much dialogue anyway. You'd be able to follow the "storyline" even without em

Watched maxxxine last night, nice 80's vibe,  nicely shot but that's about it, x was decent,  pearl I turned off and this I only kept on as I had it on while working out.

I like those kind of movies. The Korean movie Moebius has no dialogue at all.

His best movie was Leaving Las Vegas and he was the worst actor of the whole cast.

I do t remember if I have seen that one - but I thought he did a good job in Raising Arizona. Lol.

That's an amazing movie as well, very morbid and dark. The fact that they were using real human remains as props is pretty disturbing considering what the lead actress is doin' with em.

Great flick Lurker!!  ;)

Another one you may like my friend:

"Howl is a 2015 British horror film about werewolves attacking passengers on a stranded train. Some say the movie's British tone refreshes the werewolf genre while keeping it traditional.

Others say the film's brevity makes the story arc more effective and improves the pacing.

Howl was directed by Paul Hyett and written by Mark Huckerby and Nick Ostler. It stars Ed Speleers, Sean Pertwee, Holly Weston, Shauna Macdonald, Elliot Cowan, Rosie Day, Calvin Dean, Duncan Preston, and Ross Mullan."

I will look and see where it is streaming tonight.   We are having storms and possible flooding from Sunday  to Tuesday due to the tropical storm so will be staying inside on the couch a lot.

Just started re-watching the original 1982 'The Thing'

I'd forgotten how effective gory practical effects could be!! 😬🤢

Great movie.  Using isolation as a factor into the terror (in the Artic, stuck in a ski lodge, cruise ship, middle of nowhere, etc...) is awesome if done right.

This one still works after more than 4 decades, that's how you recognize a true masterpiece. Was like 15-20 years ahead of it's time.

The remake/prequel from like 10 years ago was actually pretty decent as well.

He used to put out decent flicks until he lost all of his money now he pumps out any trash they`ll have him in trying to recoup the cash he pissed away on stupid shit.

I've heard he is all paid up and Pig was his re entry into quality movies. But like most people I am skeptical... He went the route of Steven Segal and Wesley Snipes for awhile. Not sure he can come back from that

Rewatched 1408 with John Cusack and Samuel Jackson recently. Probably my 3rd time. As "modern" horror movies go, I thought this one was well done.
