I watched "Take Shelter" the other night.....was into it,THEN.....big disappointment.

Not very scary, not very disturbing, no clue why people say it’s so good or one of scariest movies. I watched it a few years ago and didn’t remember much so I just watched it again last week to see what was so scary about it and it was pretty boring to be honest.

Thanks, lads. Yeah, that's what I generally find with these things, too. I get that certain concepts can weigh heavily on people, but most of the time when I'm told something is 'terrifying' or 'disturbing', it usually turns out to be a load of shit. Can't be assed listening to a woman's sobs and screams for hours. If I wanted that, I'd move next door to Hankins
