I am not going to deny Henda and Soul crusher are in good shape. However I am as well I am every bit as muscular and in shape as either of them. To pretend they are in shape bodybuilders and I am not is just hate.

Thanks Henda I am not trying to make this a competition. I consider both you and SC part of the club of guys on here who actually are in shape and into working out and lifting. Agree or disagree we are all in shape meat heads some of these other dudes are just haters who appear to hate everything about training and bodybuilding and are just bitter they got old and quit working out. Or even worse they never worked out in the first place and just got lost here while surfing the internet one night (Shizzo). You ROBGUNS SC Coach the guys I see posting about lifting and training and are actually in shape should be what this board is about not schmoes weirdos and haters

Normally I wouldn't respond to this jackass but again SEO is a misnomer you are not enhancing anything shooting dead oil into your muscles you are killing them. Everyone likes to point out how my right arm is a little small than my left if I was shooting dead oil and it was actually enhancing I could theoretically fix that in a day but I don't do that shit total garbage. Remember what happened to Milos oh and it looks like shit give me a smaller cut up real arm all day everyday
