I don't think the pic is photoshopped.

The distortions are in the mirror, only I think it's an acrylic mirror. You get distorted reflections in them like this (think clown mirrors)

Crazy bitch probably isn't allowed glass mirrors because she's forever smashing them when she has her meltdowns.

Yeah, i thought about that it could be a realy bad mirror,
but there is also a visible distortet line between upper and lower body, above that cross.
Also the upper body has more contrast then the lower body.
Maybe it is mirror distortion + bad camera + distortion, her left leg is also anatomical incorrect.
