This, plus the fact that I had a crappy Weider bench and some adjustable DB's, were a good reason to look for a new gym.

We all benefit from a change of scene. I get bored going to the same gym all the time. Sometimes, I'll take a membership at a different gym for awhile just to train somewhere new. Unfortunately, I don't have a home gym set up right now. When I did, it offered another place to exercise when I didn't feel like going out for some reason. Maybe when our daughter and her family move out, I will set up another home gym of some type.
