Upstairs, well all plates and DB's are rubber coated, so no "heavy metal" sound. It's the "best" equipped gym in town, but it's no Gold's or Powerhouse, LOL

If I were a Fin I would life next to that Lego gym. Have you been there?

Yeah, lots of sluts train in the basement of my gym. I'm glad they don't train upstairs, too much distraction  ;)

I thought you mentioned before you worked out at some cranky old hardcore gym where they don't even have a shower, but I may be mistaken.... :D

That was my previous gym, but they had shitty DB's and no squat rack  :-\
Other than that it was a good place.
