My opinion is that it is not. I don't know that it isnt for fact because I haven't bothered to look into it much, like I haven't explored the flat earth claims all that much. I do recall several conspiracy claims over the years with similar pictures of similar people claiming they were the same and it turned out they were not. So seeing it repeated for this doesn't really rise to the level of giving it much thought.

No doubt there are a lot of economically depressed areas in the other 193 countries

So is it just that the guns are easily available only in the Economically Depressed
Areas in America or is there a lot of other factors.

It is bewildering why the murder rate is so sky high in these large black communities
