Which IMO is exactly what most modern women (I often call them scarecrows) are lacking. I mean, back then they knew how to talk and behave. Women were modest, wore nice clothing, had long hair, no tattoos, no smartphone or social media addiction and the list goes on... These days, it's a true privilege when you meet a woman like that, and no, I don't mean a grannie...
My mom was a fashion model working in New York in the early 1940's. This was before vanity sizing and stick figure models. At 5'8" and about 125 lbs. she was a perfect size 12. These day's size 12 is considered misses size and some see that as Omar's tent clothes.

When she died at age 61 she still wore a 12 only the label probably said it was an 8. Now it would probably be a 1 or a 2.
