Most men, esp the younger and ugly ones, aren't that selective.
This was an extreme example, as you say. Her hair actually looks like she put some thought into the coloring. I think its kind of artistic. The frumpy middle age women who color their hair a non-organic purple or Halloween shade of orange really look unattractive to me. And, what's with intentional black roots with light colored hair?
At the risk of seeming old fashioned, I have always liked the natural look. Women whose makeup is so subtle that it's hard to know if their wearing it or even those who don't wear makeup are so much more attractive looking to me. This might because most of the women in my life fit that description.
