I can understand the energy part and draining essence, but does anyone really feel shame after beating off?

Karl Kox for one revelled in it, and it brought him joy and energy. Maybe it is different depending on religious path and inclination?

Since Joon wants to attract more men, this is a good top, sorry tip, for him though.
