It is probably fact that if some Man, regardless of their skin color, stepped in and crushed that criminal, the good Samaritan would be punished by local government and denounced by the libtardian media.
Kommiefornia supposedly has a "good Samaritan" provision that would protect someone that dare protect and defend such a woman but given it is Kommiefornia and the "good Samaritan" is a Biblical character as taught by the Nazarene I doubt it.
