Probably....don't say certain though, because that you can't be unless you actually ask them. "Black as the Ace of Spades" is visual. That's not the same thing as comments about a personal belief.

Those you posted are probably in the lower part black spectrum. Guessing 30% black.

I'm not sure where people draw the limit of what defines a white/caucasian person though. 95% white? 90?
