That's their real heights. Look at the last photo, which shows their whole bodies. The younger brother Chris squats down every time he gets his picture taken with his brother.

Frank never squatted down next to Sylvester Stallone for example, even though Sly was the more successful brother. And they were italians as well, just like the Cuomos.

I don't know for certain but I would guess that since Andrew Cuomo is his older brother and also a governor, Chris Cuomo might jokingly defer to his brother, who was always bigger than him growing up, by stooping in photo ops in order to reverse the height gap between them.

Also, there's a 13 year age gap between them so there probably was no competition between them growing up and Chris doesn't mind appearing physically smaller than him.

I had always thought Andrew Cuomo was around 6'5" because I usually only hear or read about him but I had seen Chris and Andrew together in photos before.

I'm okay with Andrew Cuomo being any height but the media, for whatever reason, refuses to list him over 5'11". They've been wrong before...
