
LOL...more proof that plant-based diets aren't optimal for humans. You'll poop more, more frequently, and you'll poop undigested, visually recognizable foods.
Can't say the same for meat, eggs, carb free cheese, and butter. On an animal-based diet you'll poop less volume, less frequently, and you'll digest all of your food except for the true waste. When was the last time anyone pooped undigested, visually recognizable scrambled eggs, or chicken skins?
