Was like that in National Geographic as well. In the 1980's there was a mini series called Shaka Zulu that showed African women running around topless and it was on network television. I was waiting for a viking version about Leif Erikson with naked Scandinavian chicks but it never happened.

It is a pervasive culture. If you are raised in that environment, you are not going to work hard or get an education. They are all living like this - or at least most of them.
