I eat avocados, fish oi (capsules and from salmon with skin i cook), olive oil, and natural peanut butter (only peanuts and salt as ingredients) for good fats.    What are you eating for good fat?     Many of these processed foods such as the pizza in your fridge have refined oil which is unhealthy fat. 

Some processed food like frozen pizza makes my stomach upset.  I'm also lactose intolerant so I use milk with lactase (fairlife).    Many processed foods contain MSG and a lot of companies use other names for MSG so it's hidden in the ingredients list.   MSG increases appetite.   For a natural guy it's hard to be ripped eating processed foods like pizza and pre-made pasta salads with refined oils.   PEDs increase metabolism and improve digestion so it's easier of course.    A natural guy can also be ripped eating junk like this but most will have to calorie count and be careful with portions. 

Also I don't see any vegetable in your fridge. I have broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower often especially when i'm looking to get leaner.    They aren't necessary but they do help fill up the stomach to avoid overeating calories and they do add some good nutrients.     If I had to eat just 5 foods they would be:   Steak, Salmon, oatmeal, fruit, avocados - I  digest these foods the best, they have all the nutrients required, they make me feel the best relative to other foods, and I enjoy eating them.

Agree with this, now just figure out how to post normal pics that don't look like you're performing on webcam for prime.

I think my torso is what improved the most between the two pics. 2 years ago I was just getting back into it. The arms come back first then the back and eventually the legs. But yeah 9 months ago I had a significant injury which slowed down the progress. Oh and there is a 15lb difference between those pics

I competed in a lower weight class.....so what.

My first contest was in `nineteen eighty seven copping fourth in my local contest Mr. Springfield Mass......I missed many a years due to alcolohism and drug use seven stright to be exact, then another five or so.all the time annihalating myelf.....completely going down the tubes.....didn`t train at all from eighty  to eighty six and abused my body to the bone......Trust me I know it`s a cliche` but I was truly a victim of circumsatnce.

Competed in Florida in ninety ninety three.....came in last in my class.....got back to the drawing board and did quite well for me with my sparrowlike bone structure and limited genetics and my prior lifestyle.

Only entered prestigous contests and did over sixty or so competitions....too late for me to get big at forty years of age but still beat four guys to win my class at the prestigous Southern States contet in Lauderdale being five years older than anyone in the class and it was upwards and onwards since then,at times doing 5-7 contets a years.....I looked great at first but my condition declined due to doing so many shows in one year but I felt like I had lost time to make up.

You have no idea of nightmwarieh exitance I had been through,all of my life actually.....thirt trhree years or o of def iling my body.....tpo late to get huge at firty ,especially with my sparrow like bone tructure and non legs but I trained hard to try to bring them up.....much harder than you are be sure of it.

You guys really think you can eat like shit not train and just take some hgh to get single digit bodyfat over 200lbs lol and I eat great very nutritious

I did happene to walk two miles to and two miles back from shcool for years on snow or whatever the weather was butb it didn`t phase me cuz me and my two cousins would walk two miles to the gym in a blizzard with trash bags over or clothes,then torture our legs and walk back home all the time......no biggoe we loved being harcore.

Because I don't use drugs I try and explain what I actually do and no one believes me. You have to eat and you have to train and you have to rest and recover and it takes time but no one wants to hear that they just want a magic pill
