Great news!!  It worked!!  I didn't think it would work based on my search, which led me to this [somewhat recent] thread, which had the following post that read to me that this was not a fix:

So that's fantastic!  I won't need to expend the effort into ignoring his posts, or scrolling down and accidentally getting a glimpse of it.  I know I absolutely will not click to open any of his posts, because I just don't care.  And frankly, he can call me gay all day long with my full name and location, and I wouldn't care at all.  As long as I don't have to read it!
