the processed stuff can be brutal for you if eaten all the time

brian if you dont like to cook, did you ever look into a Instantpot or crockpot or similar?
you can basically pour in some stew-beef or chicken, pour in some of those small round potatoes, throw in the small carrots and some water and whatever broth you want
almost zero prep, cooks on its own and can make a bunch to eat all week
there's sites and books on very easy "slow cooker" recipes that are very good, very healthy
if i didnt have a wife who cooks daily i would just do that as im not into cooking.
we (she) mainly uses it for us now as it is, as lots of food prep and cooking is not a thing we consider to be fun.
poor in a handful of fresh food/ingredients and let it go
can be eaten for days
