Right before bed vs right when I get up

So this is kind of interesting 11:30pm last night vs 7:30am this morning. 8 hours of sleep and digestion makes a big difference. And I was holding it in last night lol

This is why I say I don't need a long prep and diet I can go from bloated to shredded in a day easy not worried about my bulking late day gut at all

Really everyone else can go from a bloated mess to seeing their obliques overnight? You all claim I ate too much or I force fed yesterday. I did neither I just consistently ate all day. Notice this morning no ill effects. My body needed that food. I will be stronger in the gym today.

Also again I am trying to educate you need to fucking eat to grow and a lot of food and no it's no going to make you fat if you train. You guys saw what I ate yesterday, and you see my stomach today fucking learn already you don't need to survive on starvation rations. Feed your muscles

I am not currently pinning any GH or peptides. I really don't know how to be clearer. I have no reason to lie as GH at any quantity you want is legally available with a prescription unlike prescribed T they will sell you as much HGH as you want to buy. I wish I was pinning GH but I am not. GH is not in my budget.

Everyone always shows themselves all trim looking then preaches starvation rations. If you are not a bloated fat fucking slob by bedtime you are doing it wrong. I am still plenty trim by 7:30 am. Eat then eat more then train hard

I think this phenomenon has a lot to do with daily sodium intake and the associated water retention that it causes. Typically, I've noticed that before going to bed if you weigh yourself, it might be normal to be carrying 3-5 pounds of water weight. The next morning, after voiding thoroughly, you weigh yourself again and most of that water weight is gone. Likewise, you stand in front of the mirror and your body composition looks more lean as a result of carrying less water deposits that blurry your superficial muscles. In medical terms, I think it's what they would call EDEMA to some extent. Patients with congestive heart failure tend to have edema accumulate and develop excessive retention of water weight throughout their lower extremities. I am not saying you have edema Bhank, merely pointing out the likely phenomenon behind the pictures. I also do think your lighting is better in the second picture, but certainly the grooves/cuts between your abs are more pronounced.

If it is sodium like OMR suggests, eat more potassium-rich foods and see what happens. Coconut water, potatoes, sweet potatoes, bananas, avocado, etc. Sodium isn’t bad, but it’s very easy to over-consume sodium in a bodybuilding diet.

The running cobbler gag reminds me of the ol’ Chad Nichols special dextrose apple pie filling pre-contest carb-up method. Kamali got all overly excited and went to the store and showed up with a bunch of them. “I’ve got cherry filling. I’ve got peach filling.” They all had corn syrup and no dextrose  :D
