And yet you post your daily workout in a thread no one looks at. Why because without seeing the car go around the track no one cares what you did to the engine. Are you getting any kind of results from your daily workouts? Who cares about Nutrition and Training if you can't see the results no idea if any of it works. If I just showed you guys what I ate you would say crazy must be fat. If I showed you abs you would say crazy must starve himself or weigh 180lbs. Without knowing the actual height weight and bodyfat you can't properly consider the training and food intake and whether or not it works. No that is not how it works. No one is going to start smoking crack because they give out free pipes. Are you going to start menstruating if we provide female inmates with free tampons? When social workers hand things out they also tell people about recovery programs housing jobs and services they can use to get off drugs and get better. You need to engage the addicts to get them help they wont come in otherwise as they are afraid of arrest.
