First. He made himself look like a fool. So it didn't take much.

But then the came the coup de grace- which was a roast- she shamed him for fear mongering (which he couldn't deny. That was so pathetic) then essentially called him a joke. Among other things mentioning the 2nd amendment was a nice touch and telling him he's so comical that he makes CNN look credible.

She's a politician. Maybe she didn't absolutely roast him but she handled him nicely under the circumstances.

Pretty stock standard Australian journalist there. You probably found it as shocking as she did. I didn't. That's why I call the news here The Daily Lie. That was a total hatchet job, plain to see. But here's the punch line: 90+% of Australian viewers would say he wasn't there to do a hit piece.
