You bitches are going to have to wait a little longer for my demise. Maybe one of the resident Board Gurus who doesn't train can explain how my BP is ideal when they claim I am on all kinds of shit.

it was high af at the Dr other week but I was nervous and I had a UTI which never happened before

It is a cuff that goes around the wrist with a large screen and yeah nice job tired of everyone claiming anyone who lifts is stage 3 hypertension and ready to have a heart attack at any moment or that we all need to switch to Yoga before imminent death. It simply isn't true. Do I get red in the face flexing yes does that mean I have high blood pressure and I am about to die No

If you actual are concerned and want to monitor it You need to check at home so you don't get a throw away nervous value and can figure your real baseline. You don't want to take BP medications you don't need. I do not take any Dr prescribed BP medications and never have taken any statins

many have what is known as 'white-coat syndrome' your BP will be raised at the dr.
get one (BP cuff) on amazon and take it at home if you are worried (Omron)
they are cheap and worth every penny
before you go on mbp meds, you might want to try "carditone' stuff works amazing for many with borderline high bp
(Ayush Herbs)

The fuck are you talking about holding your breath isn't going to lower your blood pressure

that still doesn't explain your lower back pump from eating and face bloating from Kidney failure.

FYI below..

Does holding your breath lower blood pressure?
Through breath control you can voluntarily relax your involuntary nervous system, which regulates the heart, digestion and other bodily functions. Dr. Weil says breath control can lower blood pressure, correct heart arrhythmia and improve digestive problems.

Have a banana an hour or two before being tested. Bananas contain potassium, an electrolyte that plays an important role in some of the mechanisms that control blood flow and heartbeat.

If possible, take a walk for 15 minutes before your exam. This will create rhythmic breathing and oxygenation in blood, reduces anxiety and can lower your blood pressure.
Deeper breathing 15 minutes before being testing can have a significant but temporary effect by reducing anxiety and increasing oxygen, and lower your blood pressure. Also during your exam, close your eyes, take three deep breaths.  Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose, and exhale out through your mouth 3 times directly before or while being tested.  You may actually lower your BP 10 to 20 points by doing this.

holding your breath does not help
sitting quietly for a bit, relaxing and taking some deep breaths will bring it down a bit
but if you have real bp-issues, nothing helps
I just take mine in the am, before I down 3-4 coffees'

I have a fast metabolism my resting pulse has been consistently around 100 ever since I started monitoring it. 60-100 is considered normal range. A perfectly healthy child with a high metabolism will have a resting pulse over 100. I agree it would appear to be a flag but I have investigated every other vital. I have a very high metabolism. I am not fat with high blood pressure or cholesterol I do get plenty of exercise.

Time and date are a bit off.

Do you not understand how to set the time/date hanky?

Or are you trying to convince us you aren't experiencing organ failure by posting old pictures?

Your face says everything. There is something very wrong with your internal organs.

Also, the wrist devices are shit. Get the arm cuff with the appropriately sized sleeve.

My BP lately has typically been around 130/60. When i get heavier it will jump up to 180/90. That's why i stay at a certain weight.

They don't make BP cuffs that small.
