Nationals for me would be Masters in Pa in July and yes I am qualified. I would like to make some gains ans compete as a heavy. I would probably be more competitive leaning out and competing in classic. the weight limit is 205lbs for my height i am sittng 215-220. i jusr dint like classic as no most muscular but yeah i dint have the keg size i need to go as a heavy and do well but have sometime

Also currently having anemia so kind of need to get that figured out as blood work has shown low hematocrit and hemoglobin for a year now. I can't just start taking oral supplements to bulk up when I already have internal bleeding in my digestive track.

Seriously though a lot of the things you are taking have negative feedback loops in your body. If you aren't bleeding any more then maybe something that you are taking is preventing your marrow from producing enough blood? Or maybe you aren't absorbing enough Iron in your diet and need some IV Iron?

I have Crohns it goes into remission then it comes back that is how it works. I don't update you guys every poop I take. I really don't know why everyone assumes I am taking a bunch of stuff. I can't take anything due to my digestive tract. I have a hard time processing food much less any kind of powder or pills or supplements.

I am not making excuses. I am explaining why weight and size is going to look different. If your arms are half as long they don't need to be as thick to look proportionally bigger. A smaller frame will get thicker at a lower weight
