How much does it cost the NY taxpayer to stock all those wonderful salmon? You know all the salmon caught in Lake Ontario are stocked, there are no "natural" salmon. So I say cut the stocking of the salmon and give all us NY'ers a check each year. Let Canada stock Lake Ontario.
