The American who moved to Russia with his family was drafted to the frontlines.

The article was posted some pages back of him moving there following Russia's 'family values' advertising campaign to attract foreigners to move there. Apparently he's not the only one either whose been drafted.

"We are close to a deal, the security guarantee document is 100% ready to be signed." - Zelenskyyy. Signed by Trump of course by implication. Yeah right. The signaling around this is so fake and gay. Frankly it's embarrassing for the Euros, primarily. Just a while back Mertz said Germany could not send any troops to Ukraine... unless Putin agreed with it. LOL, WTH! ::)

Zelensky held a speech at Davos berating the Euros. Then he got a standing ovation. Another WTF!!! :D

not sure where you live yourself but would you want a war in your backyard or would you rather live safely in the US of A ?
why should Europe bear the brunt of a first strike?

I can only speak from my experience of the so called "Cold War" in Central Europe & i know what will happen if the shit hits the fan.
The Russians are not like in the 80s but are still a real threat
true a ground war as it is in the Ukraine would be too futile so the Russians would use tactical nukes.
this would speed up their advances much, much quicker.

I live in Sweden. I think the drive for war with Russia by Europe is crazy. Obviously I don't want it, no sane person wants it. Europe is starting to talk about opening diplomatic channels with Russia now because what else is there to do? "First strike" by anyone is not an option for me, I mean wtf. Search up some video by Ted Postol where he explains what the hours and days after a "first strike" looks like. The Russians also say they have a "dead hand" system and it would be foolish to bet against it.

Yeah, no one really needs to check it out, I just put it out there because I was extra impressed when I saw the maps and the extremely quick timeline based on war games, we know it's mutually assured destruction. I'm not an expert so I only go by what this fella said - for example that the so-called Golden Dome Trump has talked about is a pipe dream and will never work to intercept the nukes. A money making scheme. Recently I saw a new video by him, where he sort of downplayed the destructive capacity of the Orsehnik. But he also mentioned Hegseth had said they would launch 150 missiles to intercept one incoming. Well, what if there are 100 incoming? The US would launch 150, 000 interceptors at once? LOL (edit: I forget if it was actually 1500 to intercept one, I was pretty sure I heard the 150K for 100)

Mostly holding the line besides small advances at huge cost. Life is a very expendable thing for Russia. Russian soldiers advance in smaller groups in the dead of winter towards heavily fortified lines with constant drones and little chance of survival from the cold. A tragic waste of life, 35k lives a month killed or incapacitated.

It is a tragic but I think for the US and NATO warmongers Ukrainian lives are very expendable too and I don't think they care one bit about them. Even if Ukraine wants to fight, at the same time it's a proxy war, always was, as even Marco Rubio has officially admitted. Remember, reportedly Ukraine and Zelensky were about to sign a deal in 22 when Boris came in and forcefully convinced them not to.

What do you think of Bolton's "advice from a friend"? Easy to say, these politicians and their kids never bleed themselves. Trump stayed out of Vietnam because of his heel spurs.

Putin resides as head over the destruction and devastation wrought on Ukraine and has no desire for a settlement. Kyiv is a historically significant city and if they blitzed it all out it would invoke a Nato response. Look what they did to Mariupol over 20k civilians killed for what? The people there now suffer more in a new fantasy eutopia.
NATO is already at war with Russia. Russia does not want to destroy Kyiv, but it will if that is what is required to stop NATO from destroying Russia. I would venture that Russia would commit to using nuclear weapons against Europe and the United States if it ever came to that.

The 2014 coup in Ukraine was very similar to what the CIA and Mossad tried in 2026 with Iran. Snipers shot and killed police and protesters to instigate and ratchet up the violence in both instances. If only the Ukrainians had prevented that coup, all those Ukrainian men and women would still be alive. With Jews, you lose.

I don't claim to know the ultimate truth around that, seen the arguments about who the snipers were, but that's kind of my understanding of that also. Obviously the CIA fomented it. Neocons (Jews). As Brian Berletic has shown so well, the US war against Russia has been decades long and Trump is continuing it following the playbook that's been clearly outlined in various official US strategy documents.

That's almost the same playbook they used in the Russian Revolution in 1917. There was the sealed train filled with Jews.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sealed_train

103 years ago, after learning of the start of the Russian Revolution, Lenin would take this route back to Russia. His journey was assisted by the Germans, who hoped the revolution would force the Russians to sue for peace.

It was not a deal that Russia put forward it was a capitulation, terms of surrender, after they could not take Kyiv. So perhaps it was like being confronted by a massive bear who tells you he will rip your head off unless you give him your meat stash, so you call a mate to see if he will come fight with you.
