These guys don't get that Russia isn't using much of their arsenal yet.
Even using a fraction of their forces, this should have been over a long time ago.
Ukraine is on their border, this alone eliminates a huge amount of transport and logistical issues.
Failing to take Kiev and install a puppet government, they're now using the same tactics as WW2, overwhelming firepower from artillery and rockets while knowing they can keep losing troops in order to grind the enemy down with attrition due to their numerical superiority, of which they can keep replacing losses from their reserves.
