29 is way too young to die especially when it was completely preventable, it’s sad but hopefully it wakes more bodybuilders up to the fact that running large amounts of gear will destroy your organs. If I ever hop on I’m sticking to the basics. Btw wasn’t Bostin the one saying he was on 6 grams or something like that? Imagine your kidneys having to deal with that and then all the synthol he was putting everywhere!

To be fair Bostin never advised anyone to do any large amounts of gear or peptides. He was adamant that if you didn't have the genetics blasting gear won't do anything,he didn't follow that himself though obviously.

I've been surprised at the lack of extremely negative comments on this.

Kid was a complete moron, but was very nice and helped people when he could. No one should be happy he died.

He was asking for it but he didn't seem like a bad guy and still sad for someone so young to pass on.

All I’ve seen from Mpmd since I started watching is him suggesting the smallest dose needed to produce a response and criticizing mega dosing gear. He supposedly takes 100-120mg of test. I wouldn’t lump him in with a group of idiots

FUCK. Really really bummed out about this. I've defended him on here and other forums when so many wished harm on him and when they got really angry when his name came up. It's not that he didn't do stupid things, he did. But from what I've seen especially on Leo's show he was a really good natured dude, very honest, you never got the impression that he was trying to lie to you or trying to trick you. He had a child-like quality to him like that. I can't fucking stand most "bodybuilding" characters.

He was still doing reckless things, but now with narcotics. I understand that he was depressed and bummed out about his kidneys but he did or thought about doing reckless things for no good reason. Like wanting to IV GHB. There is no fucking reason to IV GHB. He wanted to IV steroids which should never be done with preparations designed to go into muscle. Things like that.

He didn't need to die to serve as a warning and example of reckless drug use.

Sad the dude has passed, but let's be honest if he died from heroin or alcohol abuse, or even if he was morbidly obese
, people would have said he was an addict and ultimately couldn't control himself. When you look at it through the lens of addiction, all the information and clinical studies in the world wouldn't have made a difference. He was addicted to the emotional high of being a bodybuilder.

Didn't watch so don't know what Palumbo said but he had cut Bostin off a while back. It was either him or Leo but Bostin didn't like ultimatums like that so he chose Leo.

I think he was pretty honest towards the end and you are correct that he was the complete opposite of most BBer's when it comes to drugs and telling the truth about it.

But he was a walking chemistry experiment that went wrong.

I don't wish death on anyone but he knew that he was going to die and tried to play it off, like many people do these days.

My personal thoughts are that he did way too much of too many different things. The combo of large doses of AAS, GH, peptides and all the other shit he took off and on, led to his demise.

He just seemed weepy through out, and talked about how tried to mentor Bostin a while back, and how he thought of him almost like a son. He also threw out a dig about Leo, etc.... I forget the exact wording, but it was something like "perhaps he was listening to the wrong people".

Very sad news. I liked Bostin. I liked candidness and love of bodybuilding. He was intrigued by bodybuilding chemicals and what they did to and for the body.
Talking with a friend that trained with Bostin, he had cut back his training and eating. He was trying his best to be a husband and father.

Eating wise he changed:

7am: Cottage cheese, peaches

12pm: Chicken/and a small portion of a carb

3pm: Apple/oranges

8pm: Light dinner, protein/small amount of carbs

He stayed hydrated all day drinking water...lots of it.

Nothing wrong with BB as a hobby, the extremists/competitors thats different. Making a living and staying healthy in competitive BB is a pipe dream for 99%.
