What’s real TRT these days? Seems “TRT” is interchangeable for 200mg week.

whatever gets you to 600-800 Ng/dl of test.  For most people that's ~10mg/day, so 70mg/week testosterone plus the weight of the chemical ester (ie: enanthate, cypionate, etc) for a total of 100mg test e/c weekly

For longevity, low-normal is probably ideal.  More than that and you're starting to burn the candle at both ends--even if you feel better/younger.

I've ran 400-500mg for extended periods of time and it does create some problems down the line.
