Cannabis is a viable alternative to opioids for pain management we have 100k opioid overdoses a year and another 100k in alcohol related deaths again Cannabis is a healthy viable alternative to both of these poisons. If we consider it as a replacement for tobacco that is another half a million potential lives saved annually. He voted against a bill to provide medical cannabis to veterans dealing with PTSD which can lead to suicide. My mother is going blind from glaucoma. Obesity kills how many annually? Cannabis users have lower BMI Waist circumferences and increased insulin sensitivity. They have lower rates of Obesity. Cannabis can save millions of lives in the US every year.
