If I remember right on Bro Chat, Shier is taking the whole year off because he was only around 220 when he turned pro this past year.  Look up Shier's pics vs this guy who is claiming to be 225 while having very low bodyfat now, and tell me you believe he is really 225 with those legs.  The only place to lose fat is for his legs to get shredded, and then drop some water. So he'd be around 210 onstage if he was really 225.  Him and Shier at 10lbs. more look nothing a like.
