Geez Bhank, would you please just stop while you are still "ahead".  Your arms are 16" tops, and you have yet to post your lower leg and calf measurements, so as much as you like to brag, I was either dead on, or your measurements are even worse than I said.

You are not a bodybuilder.  You're a lean guy that works out.  You have no chance of ever winning a bodybuilding show. You have zero thickness, which shows you do not train hard, and are not strong at all.  I've done 1 arm d-bell rows with 200's for 8 reps (I don't think you could do 225 barbell rows for that looking at your pics) when I was 190lbs (only gym that ever had that high so I probably could have done better at my biggest which was 203), and 120's on dbell shoulder presses for 12 reps.  You probably do 60's for both at your top sets which was my warm up weight for each.

Honestly man, get a grip on yourself.  Break your legs and compete in wheelchair boardshort fitness comps.  It's your only hope.

It's a lot easier to get thicker when you are only 5 foot 4. Everyone can get to 200lbs. It's not like you eat more or lift more or weigh more you just happen to be really short.

It’s not just about legs it’s about being in shape. i am in shape today everyone else commenting here probably not so much

Shave the rest of the hair off and make sure to put moisturizer on your scalp when you go out on sunny days. The shiny dome will distract eyes away from the peg legs.

Speaking as a NABBA Judge & former Competitor - I would advise you forget about Competing
for the time being.
You're unfortunately not genetically put together very well from a physique point of view & are not carrying anywhere Near enough Muscle tissue to hide it.

Sure for an average gym trainer & 40 something man your physique is ok,
Unless you're looking at a extremely low level physique contest please forget it.

My comments aren't meant to put you down / or dismiss your physique only I'd be
Thinking as judge Who told / got that man to get up on stage.

Like it or Not - just because you lift weights doesn't automatically make anyone a
Competitive bodybuilder - though yes they can get up on stage.
Not all have the genetics / physique to compete with any success,
harsh words But True words.

Sure enjoy your training / continue to strive to add overall muscular mass & re-evaluate
in say 2yrs or so.

Be more realistic & save yourself the constant Ridicule.

No doubt this will fall on Deaf ears.

I am in better shape than a lot of people are on stage and that is without a tan or any prep. There are several contest I would have won my class if entered. Again Master division is not the same thing as the Open.

His 16 inch arms would wither way... down into the 14” range. He’d be built like the average 8th grader.
