That's why I've barely touched gear [nothing in over five years, and only three REAL cycles in 2004-2005-2006, and even then, at wussy beginner doses]. Because from what I can tell, you ALWAYS go back to whatever your "normal" is - be it in 1-2-3 years, it doesn't matter how long, but eventually you WILL go back to your normal.

It's almost as if the only way to avoid is to always stay on.

Ronnie would be the happiest if he could return to Normal"

At this point Ronnie is shrinking to the point he'll disappear before his heart fails him .

That's true.

BBing is all drugs.

The ones who still look big after retirement are on AAS.

They just stopped competing and lowered the dosage.

I get that he needs to stay on lifetime TRT.

And look, I suppose that if I screw my eyes up real tight and think very hard about it, I have some glimmer of why he might want to keep training and destroying his few remaining non-Wolverine joints.  But given the recent spate of cardiac incidents, I'm not sure why he'd try to stay that high in weight (a lot of which looks like maybe gut?)...  unless her's trying to give Kamali a run for his money in the fat-boy division...? ???

Holy shit, is that Kamali?

He looks worse than ever, and that might be the largest head I've ever seen.   :-X

He should have found a new hobby years ago.  He'd be healthier, and he'd look better, if he quit bodybuilding and took up fishing or oil painting or something...  He's just not cut out for this bodybuilding shit.  His body has quit on him.

Ronnie and flex are deteriorating at an alarming rate , meanwhile Cormier who partied real hard in the 90’s and 2000’s seem to be healthy and no alignments like these guys, same for Shawn Ray as well

Cormier and Shawn both gave up steroids ...you can drink alcohol and have a cigar on weekends in your 50's and have a totally functional life ......  unlike the rest of the aging pro's all about the roids and training (grinding joints)
