@speciesnutrition Jesus I didn’t think dave was going to post lol. I took no pump bad light for dave. Yes I look shit I know since car accident nerve still not right after two operations. I just been going gym nothing serious last 7 years haven’t done proper cycle since 2015.Meals breakfast and dinner and then between whatever much. Doing a transformation There is no contest planned at the moment this is strictly transformation me going back to training properly and a proper eating plan. I am honest with myself I know I look shit and I have excuses to the young kids talking shit about me who look worse then me what’s your excuse lol. Again thank you dave for posting. His right arm issue is much worse than mine. His back is also not great. Yeah his side chest looks ok but overall on the beach I kill this dude and he is only 5 years older than me

Legs look good. He’s had some major nerve imbalance issues from a wreck.

He just started training after breaking his neck and having tons of nerve damage. He couldn't train for years, and was in constant pain. He had a much better physique than you at your best by the time he was 16 or 17. Even with no training for years he'll speed right by you in days. 1000x better genetics. You can't fight genetics. Lee priest at 20 percent kills Bhanks at 100 percent.

I also want to add that when Lee was in his prime and was on GB.com,I emailed him and he got back to me within a few hours. As a short dude, he was an inspiration to me. The biggest compliment I've gotten from several people was that "you look lik a little bit smaller version of Lee Priest". I'll take that any day of the week,

FFS...at 5'4",he beat Chris Cormier in SF. Chris is a guy who I think if he did things right should have been Mr. O numerous times. Also, he beat beat Jay in ever single AC IMO. Jay was a political mastermind, and in with the right people. You can't show me a a single pic where Jay had a better and more flowing physiqe than Cormier. He should never have won those AC's against Chris, and he should NEVER have been given the Mr. O title. The dude look like a block.

I clicked on the pics this time, and I think you are right Robc Doesn't make senss though. If he didn't shave down, why are his triceps so hairy and not other places? And if he did shave down, why didn't he do his tri's ......one of the easiest places to do? Weird.
