i am not denying Lee has bigger and better legs than me. I am confidently stating he doesnt  even go to 90 degrees when squatting.

i can absolutely  squat 405 to the depth he is using but everyone calls bullshit if i do it but its perfectly  fine for Lee

As long as not for powerlifting doesn't matter though, good enough to build muscle.

Also have to squat according to our own builds/proportions.

High squats worked for him because he was short....doesn`t mean they`ll work for you or everybody else.

It’s always pretty much been deca and winstrol and off-season he likes test and deca and I believe anadrol occasionally. Don’t know the dosages but he is like 5’4, maybe 5’5” I’m not tall and I was taller than him and he seemed to have in like lift shoes.
