Saw this earlier,  sad but he was always destined to go early,  you don't see many old men over 6'3 about

That's more in the 80+ age range.

Scott Hall died at 63

Wonder if he got the clot shot, a lot of hospitals are requiring it for surgery.
They will never admit it.

LOL looked it up this morning then proceeded to watch another match of him beating the hell out of Jeff Hardy. Supposedly this jobber is Carmella’s father according to the comments. Hall looked like he really beat the shit out of him. Jobbers destroyed for the big push! Love when Vince schmoes out on the mic

This was when McMahon was supposedly phasing out the "big guys", as if Razor was a cruiserweight.

Guy was a legend. 6'7" 270 with movie star good looks. Incredible athlete too with uncanny physical ability. Also an Incredibly gifted communicator. Scott was like lightning in a bottle.

He was a seriously impressive physical specimen, not just another good physique.

doesn't deserve legendary status when he had those looks and charisma and was never world champion

the few times he was in the main event it was just to put over the bigger star

Tell that to Pipers family.

The belt is a prop, Hall is likely the best wrestler to never hold the world title, or piper.
Dude was over at a time in WWE when holding the belt was regulated to a handful of names, he was to much of a pot stirrer to be trusted in WWF and in WCW he didn’t care about holding the titles.

The number of guys who were bigger stars than Razor you could literally count on one hand, back then: Hart, Diesel, Michaels, 'Taker.

I believe that, had he stayed in the WWF in the late 90s, he would have eventually been made champion.

piper isn't a legend either, hall of fame status but not legendary status just like hall

i think piper was the world champion, at least in NWA

those were the dark days of wwf, though maybe nowadays are the dark days i don't follow it enough to know, but i know the mid 90's were tough times

these are the legends of wrestling just off the top of my head from that era early 90's - early 2000's

hogan
flair
michaels
austin
rock
sting
undertaker
foley
goldberg
savage
angle
triple h

these guys were legendary in and out of the ring, famous to even non wrestling fans and capable of being the number 1 guy in the company

i would put the following guys in the 2nd tier, main eventers but not who you wanted to be your leading face or heel, if they were the number 1 name in the company the company was in big trouble, i don't think they deserve legendary status they were great but not quite the best of the best

bret hart
nash
hall
sid
jericho
vader
benoit
luger

i'm sure i missed a few guys
