Fucking guy hasn`t even reached 45 yet and has no clue what he`ll be doing when he`s anywhere near the ages of any of us or of he`ll even be alive at all which is fucking doubtful.

"muscle matters" shits all over him and he`s not anywhere near hankys age.  :D
What is musclecenter up to these days? :D

He sure as fuck doesn't now. You now what is 100X cooler than used to be in shape? Being in shape now. How was your workout 15 more to go can't wait for this. 50, 60, 70, 80 it doesn't matter I will be in shape until the day I die. Fat fucks who dieted down for a show once 20 years ago think it is the same thing it isn't.

Maybe - but you're not low bodyfat because of your skills at dieting - you've just got a really fast metabolism and very few fat cells - that's the genetic lottery

You bragging about being ripped is like Shaq bragging about being tall - you both did nothing to achieve it - fact

been a long time since I posted. GETBIG is still killin it.

my 2 cents (not that any one asked for it) and btw I am, and NPC, local, regional, national and head judge, NPC international judge and an IFBB pro judge.

Bhanks needs about 40lb of actual show weight to be even remotely filled out. not 40lb 40 LEAN lb!!

the issue with NPC news online is their cameras pick up everything. I travel with Jeff bins and JM Manion all the time. they have high res digital cameras and they show all the details AND lack their of.

I think the issue here is, BHANK seems like a passionate guy, doesn't have a quality bodybuilding physique. yes he gets lean, but he isn't dry. there is a difference. most likely because he doesn't diet. he eats his way up and diets for like 3 days.

to get peeled, and dry from his stage pics he has about 15lb left to come down to have the look of the dry shredded guys. the fat and water is still there. you can see it in the professional pics. he has a better then average physique but if he goes in a deep line up he won't have the same look as the other guys. if Bhanks was as good as he claims (not knocking him he is doing the best with what he has) he would be a national level pro contender now. we see it all the time with guys who have the genetics.

weight means nothing onstage. we don't care what you weigh. doesn't matter. we want to see who fits the criteria best. and local shows that might be BHANKS. but anything beyond a local show, he has to dial in better. he would maybe have a chance at masters nationals in the middleweight but the light heavies, are thicker, and shorter. heavies are MUCH bigger than him.

the take home:

BHANKS has a physique that is ok. he is genetically lean, but last muscle size, lacks dryness, lacks shape and posing isn't that good. a lot of room for improvement. but mentally you have to be open to making those improvements which is seems like he is not.

love the fact you guys are still on here fucking with each other. lol

I know I am too light for bodybuilding and will be beaten by a fucking midget. However it just so happens I am at the limit for classic. I believe a change of divisions is what I need. Classic weight limit is 205lbs for my height which is actually above light heavy 198. I am doing a show in 2 weeks to test it out. I don't have to cut as much to get there and believe I will be fuller and can actually pump up at that weight. Yeah I still have no idea how to pose and don't even have a night routine but they had a decent classic lineup last year should get to go against 4-5 guys and get an idea how I look in classic.

I am 215 now so will drop some water to get there just worried if I take a diuretic will go flat but can hit 205 without one friday night then just going to eat dry carbs and come in around 210 on stage saturday morning or well that is the plan. Do you recommend a diuretic Friday before saturday show or not?

This week cleaned diet. Idea is to bring in gut inflamation and bloating. Next week will lower calories and monitor water intake. Idea is to reduce bloat but keep muscles full this time last time went too hard at end to get to 198 and was flat then drank and ate and wound up smooth on stage. This time will come in strong and healthy plan to lift all week not starve and come in pumped. Will eat dry carbs after friday weigh ins. But I want to feel good on stage and enjoy the weekend not feel like death

this is 215 post workout yesterday so have been eating. i think this package can win a regional classic show but will find out soon enough i guess

Last time I weighed in at 198lbs on Friday night. This time I plan to weigh in at 205lbs Friday night. That is 7lbs heavier.

You're face looks much better, healthier, what did you changed?
Body looks also better, midsection is smaller.

Three main things

1. I looked up what foods to eat if you have Crohns and have followed that for 3 days. I have dropped all dairy and processed meats and insoluble fiber and most sugar still using sauces on chicken and dressings on salad but no soda or processed food. Just oatmeal, yams, potatos, eggs, chicken, beef, rice, squash, bananas, butter lettuce, and water. The idea here is to reduce stomach and gut extension due to inflammation. I am still eating plenty just very simple basic diet. I noticed a change from this the first 24 hours.

2.  I am continuing to lower my estrogen levels. They were very high multiple times out of the top of the range. I started reducing once blood work came back. The idea here is to reduce overall body water retention

3. I stopped chugging Gatorade to help reduce my electrolyte imbalance to reduce leg edema

diuretics are tricky. some people use them and some actually don't. if you get as much fat off as you need, the diuretic will only flatten you out and make you worse. and long acting potassium sparing like lasix is a NO NO ever. those are so hard to control. matter a fact some herbal diuretics are more than enough most times. fastest way to mess up all your hard work is insulin and diuretics the last 48hr before a show. its a crap shoot. if you look amazing a week out then why push it? 99% of the time you look worse after trying to make the last min adjustments.

Geezus christ on a cracker.....how many fucking times were you told that your miraculous diet was shit.  Shitty for bodybuilding...and shitty for the health problems you had.  You REFUSED to listen and acknowledge that advice because you're a stubborn and pig headed self absorbed wadded up pile of shit in a colostomy bag.

SUDDENLY you look things up and WHOOOOAAAA  EPIPHANY by the almighty legend-in-his-own-mind Brain Hankins....clean up the diet so that the crohns will not be as big of issue and you might just be a little healthier overall (including the inflammation in those fucked up joints you have).

I would call you a cum bubble but that would make you salivate, drip it on your phone, and then send me the bill for causing you to damage it.

I was BULKING Jesus what part of that do you people not get yes you hold water and your stomach gets a little distended while BULKING. Now all I have to do to get in shape is eat things that don't aggravate my Crohns and cause bloating that doesn't mean those things were unhealthy they just caused me bloating and gas as slow to digest. My stomach would feel great if I lived on flank steak potatos and water but I also would have a hard time gaining weight.

I did gain weight but yeah there is a limit to what my body is willing to do in a period of time. Everyone bitches when I am heavy says I have a gut then they complain when I am trim claim I am skinny. They say weight doesn't matter then they say I need to gain or lose weight. There is no winning

Guy puts on a ton of fluid and thinks it`s muscle then calls it "bulking".....an excuse to eat like shit..... no actual muscle weight was garnered.....then he finally begins to eat much cleaner, more like a bodybuilder would eat, without junk food like I advised him to do for an entire year...............what a concept.
