Let me and coach put on a bathing suit today and I beat him not even close he carries around a lot more fat than me and is several inches shorter he is going to look like a troll next to me

The only “bathing suit” I wear are board shorts. I have no desire to compete anymore but won’t let myself go above 11-12%. I have more important things to train for. As for me looking like a troll next to you..like I said, it only counts on stage and if that were the case you’d look like friggen high school swimmer standing next to me or anyone in my class. Sorry bud, this was in May of 2019 and even you didn’t come close to this conditioning let alone size. Get out the novice class before you start calling people out that are 16 years older who are bigger and in better shape. Even my 57 year old shrinking legs were the size of your waist.

To be fair I have been that heavy as well you are shorter than me hence thicker also you say 57 like that mkes it harder does it or does that nake it easier ti be thicker? I may be bigger at 57 I dont know yet
