P.S. Like Paris, another “aesthetic” guy, DeMey, in person, was exceptionally large. They’re reasonably tall fellas, certainly compared to the gnomes populating the ranks today, and were incredibly impressive.

looking at the torso, you can tell it doesn't belong to a guy in his 20s.  Skin isn't 'sagging' in the typical sense, just not as tight around the abs.  Wasn't intended as a criticism rather as me marveling at his ability to avoid the ravages of age.

Its called genetics all Berry would need is TRT and and a little growth to look like that and training and diet consistency over a good period of time. Hard to believe for a lot of people like yourself, but its true. Same with Labrada Gaspari etc lifelong trainers who live and eat well alongside using a good TRT HRT doc.

Unpopular opinion, but I think his biceps/triceps overpower his deltoids and forearms.  I know that look was sought after but it looks cartoonish to me

Always looked great. Still does. Obviously not natural. I couldn't guess what he's using but Id guess it's a bit more than trt doses. But then again trt doses vary.

At the time I was disappointed when he went over to the WBF. I knew then his career was over. Yeah he came back to the ifbb but like all the others was "punished" for having defected .   In the long run shortening his career was probably the best move he could've made for his long term health.

Dont know of any other retired bodybuilders that look that good.
