That is what the faces looked like of people older than me....I was 45 then. 

Something is not adding up here with that pic, and all the health shit we are learning about recently.

He is by far the most unhealthiest mid 40 year old person I have ever come across.

High resting heart rate and fluid retention are a sign of heart failure, I know your hearts fine, your cardiologist told you its just your supreme self, and were all just jealous of you, no way could it be hormone induced tachycardia.  You are literally aging at nearly twice the rate of everyone else, the goal at your age is to stay as big and lean as you can with your resting heart rate as low as you can get it. Thats why HRT or TRT is all about balancing the benefits against the negatives, but you keep going, next show if theres only three in your division your bound to place.
