Opinions on taking baby aspirin or coated aspirin daily.

I have COPD and have felt like I had a mini heart attack twice a few months back......YAY OR NAY.

This is far far better than aspirin to prevent blood clots and heart attacks, and it is completely natural. It also doesn't attack your stomach lining like aspirin.

I only suggest it because I was doing the same thing, then realized long term it likely wasn't helping me.  Doc told me to discontinue.

I highly doubt one baby aspirin would cause stomach problems.

Aspirin thins the blood and inhibits clotting.

Take it.

Fish Oil thins blood as well, natural anticoagulant on top of being good for you.

Don’t get a shitty brand though.

You can go with 75mg every two days.

I've read that it produces the same effect on trombohexane as daily aspirin.

You need about 30mg daily mean for benefits.

I take it that way.

https://www.webmd.com/vitamins/ai/ingredientmono-270/rutin

Rutin is commonly used for autism, aging skin, airway infections caused by exercise, and many other purposes, but there is no good scientific evidence to support any of these uses.

Aspirin does inhibit blood clotting.

The type of clot that causes heart attacks is (I think) a breakaway plaque clot from the arterial wall.

In any event I don't think a baby aspirin would cause stomach issues.  Take it with food not on an empty stomach.

Aspirin is cheap so Big Pharma doesn't like it compared to expensive prescription anti-coagulant meds.

Unless you have some kind of bleeding issue I'd take the 81 mg aspirin once a day until you can get your heart tested. If you had chest pain it could have been some kind of warning sign of something in your heart. You can take the enteric coated one (EC) if you like.

Been taking 81 mg for years, no issues. I also take fish oil . Asked my doc sometime ago about the combination and was told to go ahead . Neither one is a serious blood thinner alone or in combination.  I get cuts regularly yet still clot in a reasonable amount of time.

An excellent anti-inflammatory, very underrated. Especially good for tendons in my experience.

Find it easier on the stomach than ibuprofen and have not had any issues from it, even at higher doses when needed.

If you take it after breakfast you will probably never have stomach problems. Taking it on an empty stomach is what causes problems.

Asking a licensed medical doctor is no different than asking a getbigger. One and the same.
