What did the doctor say when he say your little raisin balls? Did you tell him it was a result of 'bioidentical hormones' and absolutely NOT steroid abuse?

Last I checked it's the size of your dick that actually matters. Also my balls are working just fine I have a 2.5 year old son. Really not sure why you seem to think you know anything about my balls.

You know I'm 160 lbs because I told you, you stupid dick, lol. And I lift and do cardio most days. You are under 5'10" and have a petite frame. I don't know why hearing this hurts you so much. For a little guy, you have a decent physique. It's just not a bodybuilder's physique.

You look atrophied, just give up bodybuilding man it’s embarrassing. You’re a middle aged man publishing nearly naked photos of yourself online to prove something to other men is getting weird.

So you are saying I need more size than you for that constructive criticism

Your waist looks wide.  You have poor genetics for bodybuilding.  Also what happened to your legs?  They are really small.  Did you have an injury or something?

What is your squat and bench?  You seem very weak for a person over 200 pounds on steroids.

I've been living that permabulker life most of the time for the last 20 years.  5'10", 220 lbs was my heaviest.  I usually look pretty good, better than your average slob but I never really went on a proper cut.

Lately for health reasons (and vanity) I've started to get the itch to lean out.  Honestly, I'm not even sure the weight I would look best at.

My worst nightmare is to become invisible to the younger women that I find attractive.  I'm trying to come up with a proper game plan.  lol.

I’m 6’4 and weigh right at 243. I’ve been dieting a few weeks trying to realistically get down to 228 with abs. I’m 41 and have noticed over the last few years that I’m graying a bit in the sides etc and have been noticing I’m not as fresh as I used to be. I have a young attractive girl who works for me, that at my peak I’d be able to pull it, but now I don’t think so (I’m married and even single wouldn’t fuck anyone who worked for me). I also noticed in the gym I don’t get the looks from the young mid 20’s girls when I go to the gym. I feel you bro.

Yeah brother, don't shit where you eat.  I learned that the hard way in my younger years.

You may be creeping up in years but you are part of that 6'4" master race.  You're better off than 90% of dudes I think.  Peace be upon you.

Yeah, I'm going to bang fit 22 year old hotties because of how energized I feel.   ;D   Here in the real world in order to get the choice pieces of ass you need to have aesthetics or you need to have money/status.

I have no status, I'm not parting with any of my money, so I better look good.  Like ODB said, I want pussy for free.

41 is nothing! Wait til you reach the big 50!

I started feeling "Old" at 35 though

Before that i felt invincible and unstoppable

Somewhere after 35 i started feeling my aching limbs and hair greyed out

Somewhere around 35-37 is when the aches and pains started.  About 45 started seeing some greying, but I have blonde hair so it's hard to notice.  My beard grows dark though, and it's very noticeable there now at 48.  I don't really care though just as long as I keep my hair, I'm fine.

The closer I'm getting to 50, the more I'm dreading it as far as aches and pains go.  Seems like every 5 yr increment since 35 things keep worsening.  Fuck, this is depressing me now.  LOL!

do the majority of women TRULY TRULY think that a big muscle guy is disgusting? Or is it really a indictment on themselves and their own body image issues and insecurity which MOST women themselves have?..

I've always said if said big muscle guy had a big fat wallet and a decent personality, this "ewww" mindset would change quite quickly...

that being said, in regards to the original question, who wants to look good if only undressed? wouldn't the "sweet spot" be looking jacked and good in clothes AND out of them?....

If you look more "normal" then fitted clothes are your friend (Bigger, jacked guys tend to look douchy in fitted clothes)

If you don't like wearing fitted clothes then stick to the permabulk and baggy clothes

Ideally, yes.  Problem is jacked guys often look awkward as fuck in cloths.  They can look blocky even when they aren't.

This clothes especially business attire is designed for thin models not bodybuilders. I can't fit into anything in Banana Republic or Hugo Boss nothing in their stores will fit me.
