It's a private gym, they are aware of her issue, and are accepting of her. Derek on More Plates, More Dates on YT did a really good vid on this. Apparently, it's actually quite common for women that lift or do strenuous exercise. It's called SUI if i remember right? Something about stress induced incontinence.

My wife had this for about 6 month after she gave birth to my son. It was over after a few sessions of physical therapy.

But no fucking way she would have done anything that would have made her pee in front of people, no matter how aware they were.
