I found his youtube channel recently and it's pretty funny. I enjoy the videos where he points out the absurd claims that famous people make about their diets.

I watch his channel and I also follow Derek (MorePlatesMoreDates). Greg is always yelling and throwing fits about one thing or another. Good entertainment. Plus, he actually lifts.

What is Getbig's assessment of this dude.

And it isn’t even his real voice. I’ve heard him talk in other interviews and he’s not nearly as annoying. What a stupid schtick, but he’s got a lot of subs, so I guess I can’t fault him for that

You have no clue if he was on "bio identical hormones" or not unless you`ve seen him take them in person....much like yourself claiming to not be enhanced.

I have never lied about anything choosing what I talk about is not lying. 1/2lb of ground Hot Pork Sausage
A couple of sliced link sausage if available best to have 2 or more types of sausage
Whole Milk
Flour (whisk in so it doesn't clump also stir so doesnt clump idea is to have consistent gravy not clumps of flour in milk)
Salt
Pepper
Canned Biscuits
If you have some bacon to dip in the sausage and biscuit gravy makes a really nice combo don't cook bacon in it cook separate and dip
