California city to give universal income to transgender, nonbinary residents regardless of earnings

A California city is planning to give universal basic income (UBI) to transgender and nonbinary residents regardless of their earnings level.

Transgender residents in Palm Springs, California are eligible to receive a UBI of up to $900 per month solely for identifying as transgender or nonbinary — no strings attached.

Im in for nonbinary money.   It wont be long before the population of palm springs increases with a lot of productive citizens.

You'd think the city would address the homelessness issue, but shoeless people sleeping on the concrete at noon on a 112 degree day or the ones who have loud arguments with themselves while starring into the sun don't have as many financial issues as the nonbinary.

Non-binary seems the easier route.  Do they require pics taking it up the cornhole?
