IBhank don't have any weak points. Bhank had weak points three years ago, but his main thing in mind is, his goal always was, to even out everything to the point... that everything is perfect. Which means if he want to increase one muscle a half inch, the rest of the body has to increase. Bhank would never make one muscle increase or decrease, because everything fits together now, and all he has to do is get his posing routine down more perfect, which is almost impossible to do, you know. It's perfect already.

We will see what happens. Main goal has just been to bring in the belly. I was having bad overnight diarrhea the last week and was losing too much fluid. As such the water wasn't cutting it and I added the Gatorade back into the diet.  This pic is post a 3 egg omelet 24 ounces of Gatorade and a coffee. I have also been beach walking 2-3 miles a day in addition to walking the dog a mile a day. Still lifting the same and eating plenty of food eating meat and potatoes eggs and bread but dropping estrogenic water retention and some inflammatory foods. Heading to Sunday Easter Brunch at the club now for some Lamb. Update also had sausage and gravy biscuits bacon potatoes fresh fruit and OJ  had two plates of lamb and. biscuits and sausage gravy, was my big cheat meal today as have been avoiding biscuits and gravy sausage due to the milk and processed sausage possibly causing intestinal bloating.

I agree.  I mostly train alone now, so I miss the breaking balls/taking the piss* that the whole gym-bro thing had with it.  I respect that others seem to take this place much more seriously than me, but I think that regardless of the political arguments, we'd all get along because we all understand you only get out of life what you put in and we despise weakness and lack of willpower
