HRT 200mg 1x weekly VS 100mg 2x weekly?

Any guys here have experience or experimented with 200mg weekly HRT dose split into 100mg x2 a week?   Notices and differences pros? Cons?

Only thing I have noticed after looking at tons of bloods, is for many, doing split doses, some of your markers stay in range better.
(Hematocrit, etc).
From not getting dips and troughs I guess. For those without any "out of range" issues, you wont notice much of difference.
With a real TRT dose folks shouldnt be seeing much 'out of range' markers though.

Your E2 might be a little lower injecting 2x a week

I would do twice weekly minimum considering your dose and the half-life. Frequency usually depends on your SHBG level

Twice a week is better.  In general, fluctuating hormone levels are what cause side effects .. more frequent administration means more stable hormone levels, meaning less estrogen conversion and less side effects in general.

Definitely near the maximum dose if you have very high SHBG levels plus not using HCG which would give you a little extra boost. When I was on, 140-160mg plus HCG was more than enough to put me at around 300 for free test, and I’m a high SHBG guy. Everybody is different though.

But the TRT clinics all have a cookie recipe :
200mg test cyp weekly
500ius HCG twice weekly
1mg arimidex weekly or the Arimidex is compounded in with the test cyp so you get 200mg test cyp and 1mg arimidex per cc.

Though the HCG is being replaced with Gonadorelin that is 1cc twice weekly, or 1 tab dissolved in mouth twice weekly.  Though nearly everyone says this is a shit med that doesn't come close to the HCG they were using.

Actually the arimidex is Rx'd for the HCG use since that elevates the estrogen levels more than the cyp itself.
