Dont worry they are going to weigh me ii friday night and take my height. i will be competing in classic physique class C over 510. As far as weight I need to be 205 for classic which is where I am now. The only question is if i try and make 198 and do open light heavy or just show up 205 and max my classic class and maybe do heavies. Kind of wondering if I need to be fuller for bodybuilding or leaner for classic its a subjective thing not sure if I should do both or should pic one. I am still eating well 3 eggs with a pepper and cheese and 4 pieces thick cut bacon with a half calf coffee for breakfast

I have not decided if I am going to dehydrate or carb load at the end yet or not I am not depleting so not sure I need to load. I could deplete but would lose too much size. I am basically just walking a little more and trying to drink more water.
