If a law abiding citizen with a CCW were to come in and blow this guy away during his shooting, it would be the law abiding citizen in prison, no ankle monitor and no bail https://www.foxnews.com/us/south-carolina-mall-shooting-suspects-bond-set-at-25000-can-go-to-work-with-ankle-monitor
Can the drama, did you not read that he was charged with unlawful carrying of a pistol??? He hasnt been charged as being one of the actual shooters yet which is why there is a 25k bond and an ankle monitor. If he does get charged, it will likely get revokedAnd Happy Easter
They already cleared the other two of involvement, once they finger this guy for the shooting, doubtful he’s out able to go to work.
He has a job?
.I think he's lying, I swear they took his image off those pancake ads years ago.
He shot 9. Attempted murder.
“Price was previously arrested in June 2018 and charged with accessory before the fact following the shooting death of 17-year-old Amon Rice in Hopkins, South Carolina. The outcome of that is unclear. “We catch people, they serve a little bit of time, they get out and they get right back doing what they normally do and that’s commit crimes," Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott said at a recent press conference. "The criminal justice system needs to do better."https://www.foxnews.com/us/south-carolina-mall-shooting-suspects-bond-set-at-25000-can-go-to-work-with-ankle-monitor
That has nothing to do with this case, he wasnt on parole and accessory before the fact to murder isnt murder or hardly even a charge depending on qhat he did
It hasnt been established that he shot anyone...he was arrested for having a firearm, not shooting anyone
Did you read any of the articles? He’s not a person of interest, he’s a suspect. Do you understand the difference?
Of course he's a suspect..he's black. We already know the sky is blur. But until he's charged, you have to give fat neck the benefit of a doubt
You have that backwards. He was given the bail and release BECAUSE he was black. Like I said, if it were a CCW holder (and white) he wouldn’t have been released. The tides have turned
He has an ankle monitor...he isnt going anywhere...he's under house arrest except for going to work
Price's attorney, South Carolina state Rep. Todd Rutherford, claims that his client acted in self-defense. "It was unprovoked by him. He called the police, turned himself in, turned over the firearm that was used in this, and gave a statement to the Columbia Police Department," Rutherford said after the bond hearing, according to WIS. "That is why he got a $25,000 bond."
if it were a CCW holder (and white) he wouldn’t have been released.
