Dude is delusional - has won one fight since Obama was president against a washed up fighter who has lost his six most recent fights.
Yet somehow, he still thinks he's the best.
I think the lesson here is - don't get high on the smell of your own gas.
Or maybe don't get high on masses of cocaine while drinking bottles of his own whiskey?

McGregor hasn't beat any ranked fighter in ages...it's really time for him to put it all away.
I feel sad for the guy [yes...I feel sad for a guy with a $400M net worth]. But he really believes his own hype, and j don't see him beating anyone in the UFC again unless they feed him another can.
He was lucky, for the following reasons:
[1] He lost to Floyd Mayweather in 2017, but he made it to the 10th found, and he surpassed all expectations. He outperformed what people expected of him, and that's all that matters. That fight was also more exciting to the casual viewer than a professional boxing match where the two fighters do a ballroom dance for 12 rounds.
[2] Khabib Nurmagomedov's behaviour after their 2018 fight overshadowed Conor's loss. Conor was also the ONLY FIGHTER to even beat Khabib in a round - although it's debatable if he won the 3rd round, the judges scored it for Conor, so it's still on the books as a round victory for Conor.
[3] He was fed a tomato can, in the form of Cowboy Donald Cerrone, and won convincingly in 40 seconds. This refreshed his brand, and kept his market value strong.
[4] He broke his foot in the Dustin Poirier fight, which leaves the door open for a 4th fight, since it was a freak accident.
So he can still make some money - but how bad must it be for a fighter to basically be fed to other actual currently successful fighters, and be beaten over and over again, only to see his legacy turn to mush?
Incidentally, what is McGregor benching here? Whatever it is, it's not exactly light work to McGregor, judging by his form:
